Bookkkeeping
Payroll:
  • Process multi-state payroll - whether you have employees in one state or several, we've got you covered

  • Timely payment of all employment taxes to avoid costly penalties

  • Ensure timely filing of all payroll tax forms including Washington L&I

  • Manage employee benefits, deductions and garnishments such as; 401(K) contributions, pre-tax medical premiums, cell phone reimbursements or child support payments

  • Set up business accounts in new states and establish workers compensation policies for payroll purposes

  • Help determine if a worker is a 1099 contractor or an employee

Payroll
Human Resources:
  • Update employee handbook - as your company grows and employment laws change it will be critical to keep your handbook up to date 

  • Implement onboarding process for new hires from initial paperwork to what the employee can expect while working with your company

  • Over time your business may need additional HR documents, for example; travel policy, progressive discipline process, expense request policy, job descriptions, etc.

  • I will work with a team of professionals to renew/revise employee benefits each year to ensure the maximum benefit for both the employer and the employee
